PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training will help you boost your results by following a unique programme customised for your specific goals.. focusing on only you! Our enthusiastic trainers will help support, motivate and push you to reach new levels. These sessions are available 1 on 1 or 2 on 1.

BOOTCAMPS

TFG bootcamp is a high intensity workout with a combination of resistance and cardiovascular training. Using a variety of equipment and bodyweight exercises, you can work at your own pace and start to increase the intensity as you build your fitness.

TRX CLASSES

TRX circuits is a bodyweight workout, which will increase strength, balance, core stability, muscle tone and aerobic fitness. You have total control of how much you want to challenge yourself as you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

BOXING

Boxing is a cardiovascular workout based on the training concepts of boxing, working on technique drills and interval training for a total body burn. A typical class will involve shadow boxing, skipping, pad work and a mix of bodyweight exercises. Gloves are provided.
